Entry forms for our Annual Christmas Championships 2016 should be available from Friday14th October.

Please ensure you fully complete the correct form for your swimmer, see below, and return it with the correct fees by the closing date of Wednesday 2nd November. 

• Small Pool Swimmer (5m or 10m event)
• 10years&under (on 27/11/2016)
• 11years&over (on 27/11/2016)

If you have any questions or need times for a particular event please speak to your Swimming Teacher, Coach or any Squad Rep before handing in the form.

No late entries will be accepted.
