For N&D Championship Galas 1&2 taking place on 2nd - 3rd and 16th - 17th February please note that:- 

• Warm-up for all morning sessions is 08:00h  Start 09:00h.   
• Warm-up for all afternoon sessions is 13:15h  Start 14:15h.   

• There are currently no cafe facilities available at the Aquatics Centre, only vending machines.  Please ensure all swimmers bring adequate food and water for their time each day at the Championships.
