The Nick Gillingham Swim Academy have contacted the club via our contact page and sent through information on courses they are running in 2013.

They cater for a range of abilities from 9/10 year olds through to regional/national swimmers. Nick looks at the different drills / skills for each part of the stroke and does the demonstrations himself. There is also a keynote presentation from Nick which includes planning for success. Parents also tend to benefit from this as well.

All swimmers attending will have a swimoptimum account activated for them valid for 12 months if they register their details on www.swimoptimum.com. This is worth £39.99. Swimmers on the day will be filmed swimming the 50m breaststroke which will then be uploaded to their individual accounts and they will then have the option to purchase a stroke technique analysis if they wish, following the course which will be done by Nick. The cost for this is £39.99.
