Please be aware of the following changes to the training schedule:

• C Squad - Wednesday 24th July - Training session is at Hebburn with B Squad - 7.45-9.00pm with Paul Connelly.
• A Squad - Friday 26th July - The morning training session is Cancelled.
• A Squad - Friday 31st July - The morning training session is Cancelled.
• A Squad - Friday 2nd August - The morning training session is Cancelled.
