The Nick Gillingham Swim Academy are running an Art of Butterfly course at Freemans Quay, Durham on Tuesday 27th August.

They cater for a range of abilities from 9/10 year olds through to regional/national swimmers. Nick looks at the different drills / skills for each part of the stroke and does the demonstrations himself. There is also a keynote presentation from Nick during the afternoon session. Parents also tend to benefit from this as well.
