Squads
From week commencing 4th November 2013 the changes are as follows:-
On Wednesdays A & B Squads will train at Haven Point from 5-7pm. C Squad will train at Hebburn from 7.45-9.15pm.
On Saturdays early morning training for A & B Squads will be at Haven Point from 7-9am.
These changes will show in the Training Schedule on the Squads page after Wednesday 30th October 2013.
