Due to attendance at the Tynemouth ASC Winter Gala there will be no training at Haven Point on Saturday 18th November 2017.
Any A, B, P or Sprint Squad swimmers not competing at Tynemouth may attend an alternative training session being held at Jarrow pool from 7.45am - 9.00am on Saturday instead.
