Due to attendance at Tynemouth gala this weekend there will be the following changes to the Training Schedule:-
DD Friday pm are at Jarrow 4-5
A, B and P Friday pm are at Boldon 5-6.30
A, B and P (swimmers not at Tynemouth) Saturday am are at Haven Point 7-8.30
C Squad are also invited to join the Saturday morning session as there will be no training Sunday afternoon
