Due to attendance at the Tynemouth Winter gala over this weekend the following changes/cancellations have been made to the Training Schedule:-

Friday 22nd November

B Squad will train at Hebburn 5.00pm - 7.00pm

DD Squad will train at Jarrow 4.00pm - 5.00pm

Saturday 23rd November

There will be NO training at Haven Point.  Sprint Squad swimmers may train on Monday 25th, at Jarrow 4.00pm - 5.30pm with C Squad or at Hebburn 5.00pm - 6.30pm with B Squad, as an alternative.

Sunday 24th November 

There will be NO training for C Squad.
