Alternatively, should you wish to speak with someone in person, why not come along to Hebburn Central during one of the sessions.  There are sessions most days of the week  (Check the Squads pages to see Training Schedules).  Perhaps the best way to ensure you get to speak to the right person on the night would be to come along to our Swimmer of the Month presentation which takes place on the first Wednesday of the month at Hebburn Central pool from 7.45pm.
