Squads
Training for DD Squad on Friday 21st June 2019 will be held at Jarrow pool from 4pm - 5pm not Hebburn.

Due to attendance at the North Tyneside gala there will be no training at Haven Point on Saturday 22nd June or at Hebburn for C Squad on Sunday 23rd June.
Sprint Squad may attend B Squads session on Monday 24th June at Hebburn 5.00pm - 6.30pm.
