Team Workout 6

Hope everyone is fit and well....

Same format as the last one. 3 sets of 3 rounds, 25 reps each round with either 20,15 or 10 shuttle runs. Remember only one finisher though after all 3 sets. Photo of the board in the comments.

Make sure you have a soft landing for this finisher and a bit of space so you don’t take the dog out!

All times into me by 8.30 again. Keep working hard.

Workout 6

3 sets of 3 rounds, 5 exercises each round.  Shuttle runs at the end of each round.  

Complete with the Finisher.

  • Round 1 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 20x 3m shuttle runs
  • Round 2 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 15x 3m shuttle runs
  • Round 3 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 10x 3m shuttle runs
