Last one in this format, all exercises should be familiar this time. 9 rounds in total with 25 reps and a descending amount of shuttle runs.

Once again never work with children or animals. The practice of the exercises went a lot better! Just remember on the Plank Get Ups 1 rep is up onto both hands.

Don’t forget to have somewhere soft to do a tumble turn on the finisher!

Times in by 8.30pm again please.

Workout 8

3 sets of 3 rounds, 5 exercises each round.  Shuttle runs at the end of each round.  

Complete with the Finisher.

  • Round 1 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 20x 3m shuttle runs
  • Round 2 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 15x 3m shuttle runs
  • Round 3 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 10x 3m shuttle runs

Finisher: 16x Backstroke - Turn - 16x Free
