All club members can find the updated Club Constitution in the Information section. The amendments were passed in a Special General Meeting in June.

The will be an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 6th June, 2012 at 8.00pm at Hebburn Pool after the Swimmer of the Month presentations.
The Club Constitution needs to be amended in line with the ASA model.

Please be aware that parent should NOT be in the changing rooms while swimmers are changing, unless the swimmer is of an age where help is required from parents or the swimmer requires additional specific assistance. This is generally at an age that is stipulated by the pool hirer, usually 7 or 8 years of age. In such circumstances the parent must be the same gender as the child, unless the facility has family changing facilities or is a "mixed changing village".

Members of the Committee will be available for a Question and Answer session after the Swimmer of the Month presentations this coming Wednesday (7th July).
