Our usual Swimmer of the Month presentation at Hebburn Central will take place one week later this month on Wednesday 13th July. This is for all learn to swim groups and all competitive squads and will take place at the usual 7:45pm.

The Training Schedule for the 2012-2013 season has been slightly revised for A and B Squads.
Please ensure you look at the revisions as they come into effect immediately.
Note: B Squad land training is now at Boldon on a Tuesday and not Harton.

Please be aware the effective from Monday 14th March, 'C' Squad will now train at Boldon CA Pool from 5.00pm until 6.30pm.
'A' Squad's training is moved to follow this session and is from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
