Our usual Swimmer of the Month presentation at Hebburn Central will take place one week later this month on Wednesday 13th July.  This is for all learn to swim groups and all competitive squads and will take place at the usual 7:45pm.

On this date, there will also be a skills session for all SQUAD swimmers at Haven Point.

A, B, P & C squads will train 17:30-19:15

D squad will train 18:15-19:15

The usual C squad session at Hebburn will not run
