Could all swimmers arrive at Hebburn Pool for 7.15pm.
They should take their places on poolside in their squads as they would for Swimmer of the Month.
Within each squad the swimmers should arrange themselves in pb order from which teams will then be selected.
It's very important to arrive on time to ensure that teams can be chosen and racing can commence as soon as possible.
