Due to the Presentation Night being held on Friday there will be no training sessions on Friday 26th and Sat 27th January 2018 for any Squad.

There will be an alternative week day early morning session on Wednesday 24th January from 5am - 7am at Hebburn to replace Friday's morning session for P, A & B Squad swimmers.

Sprint Squad swimmers may attend C Squads session on Sunday afternoon at Hebburn from 1.45pm - 3.45pm.
