Hi everyone. Time for a team workout!
Text me your times and I’ll post a leaderboard at 8.30pm tonight. If you don’t have my number it’s in the swimmers booklet or ask your coaches.
Squad swimmers get it smashed and get some fast times recorded. Let’s get parents and younger swimmers joining in too, go as fast or as slow as you can manage.
Make sure you have a little warm up and stretch afterwards, especially the legs. I did this last night and will add my time too.

Firstly thank you to everyone for taking part. As well as keeping fitness up it has felt a bit like we have still been training all together. Some of the messages from parents have been so funny and it has been worth doing just for that!
