Team Workout 4 time

Sure everyone knows the drill by now....

5 exercises, starting with 10 reps of all of them and decreasing down to 1 rep. Times into me by 8.30pm please.

As ever doesn’t matter if you can’t break records with your times, just join in and try your best.

The finisher is 20 x backstroke this time, wearing hat and goggles obviously!

Top Tip: find something you can get both of your hands down either side.... also use something that can hold your weight 🙈😆

Think I better work extra hard on this one!

  1. Floor to Sky Jumps
  2. Press Ups (knees)
  3. 180º Squats
  4. V Sit Crunches
  5. Split Lunge Jumps

Finisher: 20x Backstroke
