Morning all, change of format for this one as those times are getting really fast.

Firstly forgot to say in the video - repeat the whole thing 3 times!

Apologies for the chaotic video again, it’s a one take opportunity. A still of the workout is attached in the comments again. As usual text your times in by 8.30pm for today’s leaderboard.

Just to clarify on the format, it’s 3 rounds with each round consisting of 5 reps of 5 exercises (25 reps) before you perform the shuttle runs. The amount of shuttle runs decrease each round. Once you have completed all rounds repeat the whole thing 3 times and one finisher at the end again. I promise I will put my goggles on when I do it!

For the plank parts, take your time enough to get the knee and elbow to touch. If you need to do it as a low plank instead of high.

Workout 5

3 rounds, 5 exercises each round.  Shuttle runs at the end of each round.  Repeat this 3 times (the video doesn't say this)

Complete with the Finisher.

• Round 1 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 20x 3m shuttle runs
• Round 2 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 15x 3m shuttle runs
• Round 3 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 10x 3m shuttle runs

4. V-Ups
5. Squat thrusts

Finisher: 20x Breaststroke
