Team Workout 7
Morning everyone.
Same again for this one, remember 3 SETS of the 3 rounds so think of it as 9 rounds then the finisher.
5 exercises with 5 reps of each so 25 reps per round then get running. Remember the amount of shuttle runs descend round 1-3.
I think I may of got distracted and didn’t demonstrate floor to sky jumps. They are on one of the previous workouts if anyone isn’t sure what they are.
Can everyone let me know with your times today whether you all want bank holiday Monday off or whether you have absolutely nothing better to do 🤪

Workout 7
3 sets of 3 rounds, 5 exercises each round. Shuttle runs at the end of each round.
Complete with the Finisher.
- Round 1 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 20x 3m shuttle runs
- Round 2 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 15x 3m shuttle runs
- Round 3 - 5 reps of 5 exercises followed by 10x 3m shuttle runs

- Floor to Sky Jumps
Finisher: 12x Fly - Turn - 12x Fly
