Team Workout 9

New one this time, photo of the board in the comments as something seems to be blocking it!

6 rounds in pyramid format:

Round 1 20 jump ropes and 20 shuttle runs

Round 2 do the same again and add 20 squat jumps and 20 shuttle runs

Round 3 repeat round 1 and 2 then add 20 plank shoulder taps and another 20 shuttle runs

Round 4-6 go all the way back down again

As ever go as fast or as slow as you can but try and keep good form, especially on the plank shoulder taps. Times in by 8.30pm please.

6 rounds.  Complete with the Finisher.  (Skipping Rope is not required, Shuttle Runs are all 3m)
