There will be some amendments to training in the coming weeks for swimmers to get some long course training at the Sunderland Aquatic centre.

On Saturday 15th and 29th January - Haven Point sessions will not run 7-9am. The session will instead be at Sunderland 1.30 - 3.30pm. 

Could all P and B Squad swimmers let Lindsay know if they intend on attending the sessions. If there happens to be spaces left for 50m training at Sunderland, they will be offered to C Squad swimmers, competing at the Sunderland meet on the 22nd/23rd, on a first come first served basis.

Anyone unable to make the rearranged sessions can attend the Sunday C Squad session on the 16th and 30th January. 

Any Sprint Squad swimmers can attend any other B and P session that week.
