The N&D SA County Relays will be held on Saturday 5th March at Sunderland Aquatic Centre.

STSC swimmers taking part should follow the requirements for attending any gala. Particularly to arrive in full Club Tracksuit, bring Club poolside T-shirt and Club shorts/jogging bottoms to wear between events and have a Club swim cap for competing.
We have been advised that the timings for this meet are as follows:-
Session 1 - Warm-up is 08:00hrs for an 09:00hrs start (3.5 hours swimming)
Session 2 - Warm-up is 13:00hrs for a 14:00hrs start (3.5 hours swimming)
Estimated finish 17:30 hrs.
