Can’t believe we are up to 10! Hope everyone is still safe and well. As you can tell I have given up trying to keep kids and dogs in check while doing these so sorry for the chaos once again! Same as the last workout and I have kept the jump ropes in as an easier one. So 6 rounds in pyramid format. Shuttle runs are 3 metre distance again.
Times in by 8.30pm please. Good luck.

Mixed bag of times today, I forget not everyone is my swimmer and knows how to read my sets! Some of you ended up doing it twice and now aren’t speaking to me 😆. Some are just fast and did speedy times, some were just plain confused, either way well done everyone!

New one this time, 6 rounds in pyramid format. As ever go as fast or as slow as you can but try and keep good form, especially on the plank shoulder taps. Times in by 8.30pm please.

Last one in this format, all exercises should be familiar this time. 9 rounds in total with 25 reps and a descending amount of shuttle runs. Once again never work with children or animals. The practice of the exercises went a lot better! Just remember on the Plank Get Ups 1 rep is up onto both hands. Don’t forget to have somewhere soft to do a tumble turn on the finisher! Times in by 8.30pm again please.

Morning everyone. Same again for this one, remember 3 SETS of the 3 rounds so think of it as 9 rounds then the finisher. Can everyone let me know with your times today whether you all want bank holiday Monday off or whether you have absolutely nothing better to do 🤪. Times in by 8.30pm again please. Team Workout 6
Hope everyone is fit and well....Same format as the last one. 3 sets of 3 rounds, 25 reps each round with either 20,15 or 10 shuttle runs. Remember only one finisher though after all 3 sets. Photo of the board in the comments. Make sure you have a soft landing for this finisher and a bit of space so you don’t take the dog out! All times into me by 8.30 again. Keep working hard.
